We’re looking for an Internal Recruiter. Ideally you’ll have worked within a fast scaling company, recruiting tech and non-tech roles during more than two years.
You are experienced in recruiting within a fast paced company. Result oriented, your communication skills allows to collaborate with different profiles of hiring manager;
Rigorous, you will inform and involve internally the different hiring manager and maintain an excellent candidate experience ;
You are experienced as well in candidate interviews, able to assess both hard and soft skills;
Languages- C2 in English; C2 in French.
