ROBIN IoT: an indoor and outdoor geolocation solution

ROBIN IoT Indoor

ROBIN IoT Indoor features the following characteristics:

• Accuracy: 50 cm,
• 5 years battery life (depending on intensity of use),
• Cable-free infrastructure,
• Pick-to-light: all our tags feature a pick-to-light function. Thanks to this light signal, you can quickly retrieve your tags without wasting time searching for them.

Our anchors grid the track and trace zones predefined to your specifications. The tags (available in a range of sizes to suit your assets) are installed on the production work-in-progress (equipment, tooling, parts, containers) to be tracked. Gateways collect the information and transfer it to the cloud via 3G/4G.

ROBIN IoT Outdoor

ROBIN IoT Outdoor features the following characteristics:

• Accuracy: 10 meters,
• 5 years battery life (depending on intensity of use),
• Cable-free infrastructure.

In France, GPS trackers transmit their data to a gateway or via the national LoRaWAN network.

Internationally, GPS trackers covering more than 150 countries communicate their data in LTE-M to international cellular networks, and the information is then stored at a host.

ESL: rely on electronic labels

ESLs, or Electronic Shelf Labels, are electronic labels of different sizes, adapted to your specific needs. These labels are particularly useful in JobShop Manufacturing conditions, where operations are varied, visibility of the entire production chain is poor, and the risk of information loss is high. Your manual records are automatically digitized. Data is transmitted directly to our ROBIN platform, and information flows back down in real time from the cloud to the field for improved inter-team cooperation.

Rapid deployment and cable-free technology

We guarantee our customers rapid, cable-free deployment on industrial sites. This is thanks to our operational teams dedicated to your project and specialized in the specificities of IIoT, and to our excellent knowledge of complex industrial environments (highly metallic environments, ATEX, high positions…).

The installation of anchors, tags and gateways is handled 100% by Zozio, unless you specify that you want to do it yourself. For the maintenance and monitoring of connected objects, no special skills are required, and you will receive training from Zozio to be as autonomous as possible.
