The L’Oréal group is the world’s leading cosmetics company and a major player in digital transformation and factory 4.0.
Their quest for excellence aims to best satisfy their customers while respecting environmental issues and relying on state-of-the-art technologies.

Zozio provides an answer to the needs of L’Oréal through its ergonomic platform, notably in :
The solution is a customizable platform that can be easily configured via an ergonomic interface adapted to all types of media (PC, laptop, tablet).
Zozio relies on geolocation badges placed on L’Oréal’s 300 tanks that capture information on their content and movements in real time.
The information collected by these badges can be viewed instantly on the platform using modules developed by Zozio, such as maps, tables and dashboards, allowing for data analysis and optimization of flows on the sites.
The platform responds to a lean manufacturing strategy which consists in reducing production costs thanks to a global vision of the company’s flows.
It includes an alert module for identifying errors on the production line, a dashboard for daily monitoring of tanks, as well as analysis tables for fixed assets and flows.
Zozio’s solution works without a wired infrastructure, which allowed for a quick installation (within hours) of the equipment at L’Oréal’s sites.
The technological know-how offers an agile solution adapted to the customer’s needs.
