About · Our team
Behind ROBIN, a team that knows your shop floors.
From product vision to the shop floor — the people who build ROBIN, and who stay by your side long after the contract is signed.
Who we are
The founders
Three paths that cross around one shared conviction: industrial software must serve the shop floor, not the other way round.
CEOHaving set foot in hundreds of factories around the world, we grasped the essential: we needed software intelligent enough to adapt quickly to production disruptions, without the over-engineered complexity that, until now, looked more like an administrative burden to operators.
Our vision has always been the same: transform software into a companion — a genuine tool, tailored to every user (operator, scheduler, director, production manager, methods, maintenance…), and underpinned by our data architecture built for dynamic environments — what we call the digital twin.

COOAfter a 25-year career in telecoms and entrepreneurship, I believe I know that good information is information you don't have to go looking for.
At Zozio, we have invested heavily in ensuring — digitally and automatically — the tracking of work order progress and the status of various equipment and tools through our real-time geolocation services. This was an essential building block for managing a factory holistically. And today it is a success, as it led us to develop, on top of that, a WIP management tool that retains this real-time concept, coupled with a powerful task scheduling system.

CTOWe are living through a thrilling era in software, where the old giants of industrial software — who built their entire business on selling code by the line — are crumbling under the pressure of new software production methods.
These projects, sold as OSM or "bespoke" developments, have locked clients into ever-deepening technical debt. Today, we offer them a genuine way out: highly advanced platform customisation alongside new features developed as standard and available for all.
All of this is built on a dynamic architecture that models the real life of the shop floor, and what we are now beginning to call Ontology as a Service — or the Knowledge Graph — enabling you to build your process in a matter of weeks, where it once took years.

Who works with you
Product, pre-sales and field
The people you will deal with on the phone, on the shop floor and in the scoping workshop. Each one explains what they bring to your project.
Product OwnerOur clients now operate with a service-first mindset. We therefore designed ROBIN to be configured rapidly — no-code, agentic workflows, AI-generated reports — whilst maintaining a factory-scale, scalable architecture that is AI-secure, meaning the right balance between probabilistic intelligence and deterministic outcomes.
A genuine technological convergence is indeed under way: combinatorial optimisation, CP-SAT, metaheuristics, graph theory, LLMs, machine learning, agentic AI, discrete-event simulation. This is shifting the paradigm in how the shop floor is scheduled: scheduling is no longer a manual, iterative craft — it becomes continuous, fluid, and fast.

Head of PresalesOur clients have thrown so many bold challenges at us:
- unify all production data in a clean, automated architecture
- integrate the best algorithm on the market to schedule tasks in under 2 minutes
- be able to literally - talk - to your schedule in natural language
- manage all production resources (tools, containers, operators & skills, machines …) in a single tool
- apply concrete, measurable objectives (reduce TAT, improve productivity, level the load, optimise resources, absorb disruptions ….)
ROBIN is our home-grown pride, made in France — a true brain for your shop floor.

US Regional ManagerAs they say in the United States: “The sale begins when the customer says yes.”
That’s where my real work begins! And what drives me every day is seeing the pride in our clients’ eyes when we bring their projects to a successful conclusion.
For me, being close to our clients is no mere turn of phrase: if it takes crossing the Atlantic and travelling through Virginia, Massachusetts, and New Jersey in a single week to see you, I do it without hesitation.

Lead SalesI love my job — being out in the field, on the phone, available whenever you need me. I get to grips with your production challenges, I see the project through from start to finish, and I remain your single point of contact: no ping-pong between five different people. My job is to make the whole thing simple and smooth for you. And above all, I bring positive energy to every stage, because a great project is as much about the journey as the delivery.

Let's talk about your shop floor
You will have these people in front of you.
Not a call centre: the engineer who scopes your project is the one who will follow it through into production.
