Product · Overview

ROBIN, the operations management cockpit.

A scheduling and operations management platform that plans dynamically and automatically based on finite resource capacity.

  • −7%in TAT recorded on sites managed with ROBIN
  • 30 minsaved per day per operator — fewer idle periods, fewer organisational errors
  • < 2 minto recalculate a full schedule after a disruption
  • < 3 monthsfrom contract signature to go-live, support included

The problem

Your shop floor is the blind spot of your ERP. ROBIN reveals it.

Legacy tools take a snapshot of the plan. Monday's 8 a.m. plan is out of date by 10 a.m. ROBIN films the flow: every shop-floor event recalculates priorities, continuously.

Static scheduling

The snapshot plan

  • Schedule frozen in the morning, obsolete at the first disruption
  • Manual rescheduling in Excel, arbitration meetings
  • Technicians reorganise themselves without any overall view
  • Reaction time degrades TAT — not the disruption itself

Dynamic scheduling — ROBIN

The live flow

  • Automatic rescheduling as soon as any event affects the schedule
  • Priorities recalculated and communicated to the shop floor in real time
  • Disruptions are absorbed, not endured — TAT holds

Architecture

From shop-floor data to the flight plan.

Three layers: capturing shop-floor signals, structuring them in a single reference base, and making decisions continuously.

  1. Decide

The flight plan, continuously recalculated and broadcast to the shop floor.

  2. Structure

A single reference base where every signal becomes a located business object.

  3. Capture

Real signals from the shop floor — assets, machines, systems, field — without any additional data entry.

What we do

Five modules, one platform.

From deployment to scheduling, each building block feeds the next — one reference base, one flight plan.

05 — ROBIN.Scheduling

The flight plan, continuously optimised.

Schedule with agility in the face of disruptions.

Automatic sequencing under constraints, priority management, what-if scenario simulation, and decision support when things drift. The fastest scheduling engine on the market: 4,200 operations recalculated in under three seconds.

Our differentiators

Five building blocks, one cockpit.

The tool solves operational problems that people encounter every day on the shop floor. Instead of searching for mobile equipment around the factory, team members use ROBIN, Zozio's solution. That means less wasted time and less frustration.

FAQ

Got questions?

No. Your ERP remains the system of record (work orders, routings, BOMs) — ROBIN connects to it and takes over what it cannot do: dynamic scheduling and real-time operations management on the shop floor.

Should we replace our ERP?

No. Your ERP remains the system of record for work orders, routings and bills of materials: it was designed for management, not for detailed scheduling. ROBIN connects to it through standard connectors (SAP, Sage and others) and takes over what it cannot do: dynamic finite-capacity scheduling and real-time shop-floor data (tracking, geolocation, actual progress).

The same goes for an existing MRO system: ROBIN pulls its work orders, routings and standard hours, and adds the layer it lacks. Your ERP investment is preserved.

How long does a ROBIN deployment take?

From signature to go-live, allow less than three months in most cases, support included, where heavyweight APS projects take 16 to 24 months. A demonstration on your own data can be set up in a few days.

You then start on a critical scope (a workshop, a line, a resource) and extend at your teams' pace. Most of the work goes into structuring routings and resources, not into configuring the software. The timeline is split into phases, with milestones and success criteria defined at the outset.

Do you need perfect data to get started?

No. Your routings, your operation times, even approximate ones, and your resources are enough, with no prior overhaul of your information system: ROBIN connects to the existing ERP, MES and CMMS. The initial diagnosis identifies the data available and the gaps to fill, then ROBIN flags missing, inconsistent or outdated data before it skews a decision. Accuracy improves with use.

What concrete results can I expect?

Reduction in TAT, improvement in service level and productivity, reduction in WIP, load levelling and real-time visibility on progress. We build the value framework with you, based on our previous clients.

Which industrial sectors is ROBIN used in?

MRO and aerospace production, automotive and transport, electronics, cosmetics and pharma, textiles and luxury, and more broadly manufacturing industries with complex flows. ROBIN reasons at the level of the constraint (machine, operator, tooling), not of a fixed flow type: whatever your production mode, the challenge is to keep up with a shop-floor reality that changes all the time.
