Product · ROBIN.Deploy
The Zozio team by your side, from diagnostic to adoption.
Consulting, data architecture, and project management. ROBIN.Deploy scopes the scheduling project, measures the baseline, and supports shop-floor teams until new operations management habits are embedded.
- Industrial diagnosis
- ROI modelling
- Operations-management routing
- Change management

Chapter 01
Scope before you tool up
A shop-floor diagnosis and a quantified baseline before any implementation: without a starting measurement, no gain can be demonstrated.
Operational diagnosis
Mapping of your flows, bottlenecks and performance losses before any implementation.
ROI modelling
Quantification of expected gains (TAT, OTD, WIP, resources) against a measured baseline.

Chapter 02
Design the operations management of your shop floor
Business rules, priorities and the roadmap are built with your teams, not in a specification document.
Operations-management routing design
Co-construction of the business rules, priorities and scheduling logic specific to your shop floor.
Structured deployment plan
Phased roadmap, milestones, success criteria — not an IT project, an operational project.

Chapter 03
Embed usage and track value
A scheduling tool only delivers gains if it is used at the workstation, every day, and if those gains are measured.
Change management & adoption
Support for shop-floor teams to embed new operations-management habits.
Value tracking over time
Continuous measurement of post-go-live gains, recalibration and iterative optimisation.

Industries
Deployment adapts to your environment.
Diagnosis, pilot scope and return-on-investment trajectory depend on your industry.

Aerospace · MRO
MRO & repair
Routing disruptions, AOG, customer parts: the flow is recomposed several times a day.

Aerospace · Production
Production & assembly
Rate, assembly stations and shortages across long series and short cycles.

Industry · Multi-industry
Manufacturing industries
Mixed flows, subcontracting and WIP scattered across several buildings.
Frequently asked questions
What teams ask us about ROBIN.Deploy.
How long does a ROBIN deployment take?
From signature to go-live, allow less than three months in most cases, support included, where heavyweight APS projects take 16 to 24 months. A demonstration on your own data can be set up in a few days.
You then start on a critical scope (a workshop, a line, a resource) and extend at your teams' pace. Most of the work goes into structuring routings and resources, not into configuring the software. The timeline is split into phases, with milestones and success criteria defined at the outset.
Do you need perfect data to get started?
No. Your routings, your operation times, even approximate ones, and your resources are enough, with no prior overhaul of your information system: ROBIN connects to the existing ERP, MES and CMMS. The initial diagnosis identifies the data available and the gaps to fill, then ROBIN flags missing, inconsistent or outdated data before it skews a decision. Accuracy improves with use.
Who leads the project on Zozio's side?
A mixed team: a scheduling engineer for the business rules and a project manager for deployment and on-site adoption. The project is run as an operational project, not an IT project.
What is required of internal teams during deployment?
A methods or scheduling lead for a few hours per week, an IT contact for access and data flows, and shop floor managers available during modelling workshops.
How are shop floor teams trained?
Through short, on-station sessions, on the actual screens teams will use in practice. Documentation and onboarding guides remain accessible within the tool after go-live.
They use it

Zozio was the simplest solution to implement, and the most flexible. It enabled us in particular to increase the productivity of our main production line — which also means avoiding the need for additional teams at weekends during production peaks.

Article
Your shop floor is your ERP's blind spot
Twenty years of software investment stopped at the hangar door. Putting a figure on what that boundary costs.

The spreadsheet is a symptom, not a cause
Nobody schedules in Excel for comfort. What its persistence reveals about the tooling in place.
In the platform
One platform, six modules.
From deployment to scheduling, each module feeds the next — a single reference base, a single flight plan.
